Sloveniana webzine new design

6 June 2007 The webzine has reappeared in the format of eight categories, from the previous rolling series of articles. It is highly-styled with graphics, images, layout, and expanded navigation structure for faster accessibility. Moreover each of the articles of; Hrastovlje, Terra Cognita, Slovenian Impressionism, Jože Plečnik, and Primož Trubar, has its own slideshow photo gallery, adding another dimension to the article.

Thezaurus facelift

30 May 2007 After a long process of re-structuring and re-designing our website we are live, database driven and brand new!  After 9 years of online presence it was time to rethink the story so far and implement publishing and syndication tools necessary for our ambitious projects. New Thezaurus structure and design is web 2.0 compatible and scalable for its future growth. Stunning concept and graphic design by our Slovenian partner Neuropolis Institute utilised photographies by Aleksandra Ceferin, creating unique visual atmosphere to Thezaurus and its subsites.

Slovenian handicrafts in Victoria

24 May 2007 A premier exhibition of handicrafts by Slovenian-Australians, of Victoria will be launched on the Web this year in September, by the Slovenian Ethnographic Museum, Ljubljana. On display is a collection of contemporary handicrafts. The selection covers a diverse range of endeavour: from artificial flowers, and Idrija bobbin lace to wood-turning.
